Complaints
Any complaints must be reported before departure.
Deposits
Deposits are at £10 per person and are non-refundable.
All major credit/debit cards accepted. The FULL balance must be paid on arrival.
Cancellations
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total balance will be charged to the named person responsible for the original booking. Credit cards will be charged the full amount to the person who made the original booking.
Conduct
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of other guests.
Damages
All damages will be charged to the named person responsible for the original booking. Credit cards will be charged if payment is not made before departure.
Holiday Insurance
When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover.
Smoking
Anyone found to be smoking in the hotel bedrooms will be charged £30.00 for cleaning of the room. Credit/debit cards will be charged if you leave before paying.
