Deposits

When you make your booking, we charge a non-refundable deposits of £20 per person. The balance of your account is due on your arrival.

Cancellations

In the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 2 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total balance will be charged to the named person responsible for the original booking. Credit Cards will be charged the full amount to the person who made the original booking.Notice will be sent via email on collection.

Check in/Check out

You may check-in from 1.00pm on your day of arrival.
We politely request that guests check-out by 10.30am on their day of departure.

Conduct

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.

Damages

All damages, including cleaning charges for smoking in the rooms, will be charged to the named person responsible for the original booking. Credit cards will be charged if payment is not made before departure.

Holiday Insurance

When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover.

Complaints

Any complaint must be reported to proprietors or staff immediately on finding, or before departure.
